Donations are highly appreciated!

 

You may submit a donation in person, or mail a check payable to John Ellsworth JP2 to 113 W. Cholla St., Casa Grande, AZ 85122.  Include your name, address, employer and occupation.

 

Contributions to John Ellsworth for JP2 Campaign are not tax deductible for income tax purposes. The maximum contributions are $5,000 ($2,500 for the primary election and $2,500 for the general election) per person and $10,000 per couple ($5,000 for the primary election and $5,000 for the general election). Contributions from corporations and foreign nationals are not permitted. For donations above $25.00, campaign disclosure laws require us to obtain and report the donator's name, address, employer and occupation.
